Postage

All packages are sent with Australia Post. The post code in which LILGRL sends from is 4103.
LILGRL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the delivery is confirmed. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to LILGRL marked as an unclaimed or incorrect address. LILGRL does not offer free shipping back to the customer.

Prints cannot be shipped with some items due to the nature of the shipping method. They are a large letter, not a parcel and have to be shipped separately. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
